By using the software AiRestoManager, the user fully accepts the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with account activation.

1. Mission and Object

AiRestoManager provides an advanced SaaS suite for the operational optimization of F&B activities. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of our quality and legal standards.

2. Account Security

We use bank-grade security protocols. The user is required to protect their credentials. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to our security team.

3. Ownership of Data and Algorithms

While corporate data remains your property, the learning algorithms and software structure belong to AiRestoManager. We do not perform data-mining for third-party advertising purposes.

4. SLA e Manutenzione

Garantire un uptime del 99.9%. Le manutenzioni programmate avvengono esclusivamente in orari a basso afflusso per non disturbare il servizio.

5. Continuous Evolution

The platform is updated monthly with new AI features. Substantial changes to the terms will be communicated with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

AiRestoManager is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or internet connectivity problems of the local. The software is provided 'as is'.
