Controller
The Restaurateur / The Client who uses the platform to manage their guests' data.
Processor
AiRestoManager as a provider of the data management infrastructure.
Scope of Processing
The Processor will process the data on behalf of the Controller exclusively in the context of providing the SaaS services of AiRestoManager.
Processor Obligations
Ensuring the confidentiality of authorized persons and implementing technical and organizational measures appropriate to security.
Security Measures
Data encryption, redundant backup systems, and constant monitoring against unauthorized access.
Sub-processors
The Controller authorizes the use of infrastructural providers (e.g. AWS/Azure) to ensure high service availability.
Data Breach Notification
In case of violation, AiRestoManager will notify the Controller within 48 hours of the ascertained event.
